We recommend a clean microfiber towel that has been washed but never exposed to fabric softener.

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST

Include your name, email address, phone number and description of your problem/question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.   Please note your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

Are your products available outside the continental United States?

Not yet, but we hope to make them available elsewhere in the future.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We only ship to street addresses in the continental USA.  Many customers find that it is less expensive to mail to a commercial address rather than residential. It is something to consider if this is an option for you.

 

Can I track my order?

At this time, tracking is not offered.

 

How long does it take to ship?

Generally will ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays) and will arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

What do I do if my product is frozen from shipping transit?

If you find that some of your product has frozen when shipped during the colder months of the year, allow the product to thaw and come to room temperature. Some of the ingredients may separate. Gently shake the bottle for a few seconds and the product will be fine to use. This will not affect the product’s efficacy.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping cost unless product is defective).
